مشاركات المستخدم

الطلبات الخاصة والتفصيل

بالنسبة للطلبات الخاصة والمصنعة حسب الطلب، مثل أحواض الفيبر جلاس، أحواض الألومنيوم، أحواض الاستانلس، والأشجار الهاند ميد بالمواصفات أو الألوان الخاصة بالعميل والاشجار التى تم تركيبها فى اصيص مخصوص وتم اضافة مكونات لها مثل الفوم والجبس ، يتم دفع مقدم 50% من إجمالي قيمة الطلب قبل بدء التنفيذ، وذلك عبر إنستاباي أو المحافظ الإلكترونية

ويُعتبر دفع المقدم تأكيدًا نهائيًا لبدء التصنيع، حيث يتم تنفيذ هذه المنتجات خصيصًا للعميل، ولا يمكن إلغاء الطلب أو استرجاع قيمة المقدم بعد بدء التنفي

قد تختلف درجات الألوان النهائية بشكل بسيط حسب الإضاءة وطبيعة الخامات والتصنيع اليدوي

الموافقة على الطلبات وتفاصيل الأسعار

يُرجى الملاحظة أنّه في بعض الحالات، قد لا تتم الموافقة على طلب ما لعدَّة أسباب. ويحتفظ القائمون على الموقع بالحقّ في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب لأي سببٍ من الأسباب وفي أي وقت. وقبل أن نوافق على الطلب، قد نطلب منك تقديم معلومات إضافية أو بيانات أخرى للتحقق من شيء ما، بما في ذلك ــ على سبيل المثال وليس الحصر، رقم الهاتف والعنوان.

العلامات التجارية وحقوق النشر

User Submissions

When you submit reviews, comments, suggestions, questions, photographs, feedback, or other content to Greenery Homes through the website, you confirm that you have the right to provide such content.

You grant Greenery Homes a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and publish such content for legitimate business, marketing, and website-related purposes, subject to applicable laws and privacy requirements.

Special and Custom-Made Orders

For special, customized, and made-to-order products, including fiberglass planters, aluminum planters, stainless steel planters, handmade artificial trees manufactured according to customer-specific dimensions, specifications, or colors, and artificial trees specially installed in designated planters using materials such as foam, gypsum, or other fixing or finishing materials, a 50% advance payment of the total order value is required before production or customization begins.

The advance payment may be made through InstaPay or electronic wallets, subject to the payment methods available at the time of ordering.

Payment of the advance amount constitutes confirmation and authorization for Greenery Homes to commence manufacturing, preparation, or customization.

Because these products are manufactured or prepared specifically according to the customer's requirements, the order may not be cancelled and the advance payment is non-refundable once manufacturing, customization, or preparation has commenced, subject to the customer's mandatory rights under applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws, including rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.

Minor variations in color, shade, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting conditions, the characteristics of the materials used, and the nature of handmade production. Such minor variations are not considered defects where the finished product remains substantially consistent with the specifications agreed upon with the customer.

Order Acceptance and Pricing

All orders placed through the website are subject to availability, verification, and acceptance by Greenery Homes.

Greenery Homes reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

Product unavailability
Incorrect or incomplete customer information
Suspected fraudulent activity
Technical errors
Obvious pricing or product information errors
Inability to fulfill a customized order according to the agreed specifications

Before accepting an order, we may contact you to request additional information reasonably required to verify or process the order, including your telephone number or delivery address.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all prices and product information displayed on the website are accurate. However, technical or human errors may occasionally occur.

If an obvious pricing error is identified before fulfillment, Greenery Homes may contact you to explain the error and provide the correct price. You may then choose whether to proceed with the order at the corrected price or cancel it.

If payment has already been collected for an order that Greenery Homes subsequently cannot accept or fulfill, any amount due to the customer will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and our relevant payment and refund policies.

Intellectual Property, Trademarks and Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights relating to the Greenery Homes website and its original content are owned by or licensed to Greenery Homes.

This includes, where applicable, trademarks, trade names, logos, product photographs, graphics, videos, text, website design, software, source code, and the selection and arrangement of website content.

Such content is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
